Winter remains in full effect, and February is just as cold as January. Ice and snow blanket the Sierra Nevada and the literal translation of “snowy mountain range” makes sense. Small scenes often make sense to showcase the stories of the mountain, but clearing storms and atmospherics make dramatic imagery.
