October is the month of fall color. Aspen and cottonwoods change above 7,000 feet and there is always a story to tell. Groves change at different rates – some may show a hint of yellow, others an explosion of bright yellow color, or yellow leaves may litter the ground. This is one of the most magical times in the Sierra!
